How We Started
Founded on Compassion
Vital Care Transport was born from a personal experience. Our founder watched a family member struggle to get to dialysis appointments — missing sessions because reliable, accessible transport simply was not available. That experience made one thing clear: the gap between patients and their care was a problem worth solving.
We started with a single accessible vehicle and a commitment to treat every passenger the way we would want our own family treated. Over the past decade, we have grown into a trusted regional NEMT provider — but our values have never changed.
